Servicemen from the National Guard Sports Team Training Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan delivered outstanding performances at the Asian Championship, held from March 25 to 30 in Amman, Jordan. The athletes showcased a high level of preparation, securing two medals in individual events.

In the final of the 86 kg weight category, Guardsman Bolat Sakaev faced Iran’s Abolfazl Rahmani. In a tense match, the Kazakh athlete put up a strong fight but ultimately finished with a score of 4:11, earning a silver medal while demonstrating determination and a strong will to win.

Another medal was secured by Senior Sports Instructor Azamat Dauletbekov from the National Guard Sports Team Training Center. Competing in the 92 kg weight category, he clinched third place, stepping onto the championship podium.

Final results of Kazakh Guardsmen:

2nd place – Bolat Sakaev (86 kg weight category)

3rd place – Azamat Dauletbekov (92 kg weight category)

The Kazakhstan national team concluded the Asian Championship with a total of five medals: one gold, two silver, and two bronze.

The performances of these athletes once again proved that discipline, perseverance, and professionalism are the key to success for Kazakh Guardsmen, both in military and sports training.
