The Mentoring Council operates not only within the Ministry of Internal Affairs but also in all regional police departments. A total of 65 councils have been established across the country. Last year, 821 meetings were held with the participation of service veterans, and 207 meetings have already been organized this year.

These sessions focus on improving the activities of law enforcement agencies, providing methodological and practical assistance, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The Ministry upholds generational continuity, paying special attention to schoolchildren. As part of this initiative, 125 "Zhas Sakhshy" police classes have been opened in 103 schools across the country, enrolling more than two thousand students. Additionally, 291 initial military training rooms are in operation.
