Regional open tournament on Kazak kuresi, dedicated to the memory of Magauiya Orazbekov

On March 27-29, the regional open tournament on Kazak kuresi among young men born in 2008-2009 was held, dedicated to the memory of the two-time "Tuye Paluan" of Kazakhstan Magauii Taitoleuuly Orazbekov. A total of 121 athletes took part in the competition, which determined the strongest.

At the opening of the tournament, Deputy akim of the Abai district Yerbolat Salimovich conveyed congratulations to the head of the district and wished success to the young wrestlers. Honorary Sports figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorary Citizen of the Abai district Beisen Abdrakhmanovich Tuleubayev and wife Magauiya Orazbekova also spoke, and conveyed her good wishes to the participants of the tournament.

The guest of honor of the competition, Honored freestyle wrestling coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tolegen Duissenbayev blessed the young wrestlers and wished them great success in the future.

Following the results of the competition, the athletes who showed the best results were awarded with special letters of thanks and medals.

This tournament has become one of the most important competitions where young wrestlers hone their skills and contribute to the development of Kazakh wrestling.
