The Anti-Corruption Service of Almaty held a meeting on anti-corruption in the activities of the Department of State Revenue of Almaty. During the meeting, the submission submitted in accordance with Article 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan was considered. The meeting was attended by the head of the Anti-Corruption Service of Almaty, Rakhimov Arman Tastemirovich, the head of the DGD in Almaty, Bayedilov Kanat, the deputy head of the Anti-Corruption Service of Almaty in Almaty, Damir Bakhytov, the senior investigator of the Anti-Corruption Service of Moldazhan Daniyar and the personnel of the DGD. In order to eliminate criminal offenses, the Anti-Corruption Service has made appropriate recommendations to eliminate the causes that contributed to the commission of criminal offenses. In particular, it is recommended to strengthen departmental control over the work of employees at the reception of taxpayers, regularly carry out preventive work on corruption and offenses, as well as post information on the deadlines for receiving documents and services on publicly available Internet resources in order to minimize contacts between DGA employees and taxpayers. In conclusion, the meeting participants were informed of the changes and additions to the anti-corruption legislation, as well as the need to strengthen departmental control over the activities of employees, and conduct explanatory work to prevent the commission of corruption offenses.
