Announcement of the "Enbek Zholy" competition

 

Acceptance of applications from applicants for participation in the "Enbek Zholy" competition starts in Kostanay region.

This competition identifies the best labor dynasties and production workers in order to educate young people in a spirit of respect for work, preserve and enhance labor traditions. 

The competition includes three nominations: "The best Labor dynasty", "The best young worker in production", and "The best mentor of working youth".

 

1) The best labor dynasty – in this nomination, the family with the longest work experience and the most awards is selected. 

A labor dynasty is a group of employees of an organization consisting of two or more generations of close relatives of the same family (husband and wife or both parents with children or grandchildren) who currently work in this organization and have a total work experience of at least 20 years.

The representative of the labor dynasty, who first started his career, is recognized as the head of the family.

A working family should actively participate in the social life of a village, district (city, region), help young people in professional orientation, and promote their profession.;

2) The best mentor for working youth – in this nomination, the most effective mentor with at least 20 years of work experience is selected.

3) The best young production worker – in this nomination, the most active and hardworking production worker is selected, whose work experience does not exceed 5 years.

 

The competition is held in 2 stages: at the regional level and at the national level.

The Republican Commission determines the winners in each nomination (first, second and third places).

 

The winners of the republican competition are awarded a diploma and cash certificates: for 1st place — 1,000,000 (million) tenge, for 2nd place — 500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge and 200,000 (two hundred thousand) tenge for 3rd place, respectively.

Applications are accepted until July 1, 2025.
