On May 29, 2025, a working meeting was held at the Department of Justice of Kostanay region with the participation of the head of the Department for Regulation and Control of bailiffs S.Zh. Alshimbayeva, Deputy head of the regional Chamber of Private Bailiffs M.A. Seralin, representatives of the Office for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs, as well as private bailiffs. The topic of discussion was the recovery of alimony from persons deprived of parental rights.
During the meeting, private bailiffs were heard about the measures taken for enforcement proceedings in this category of cases.
The participants discussed problematic issues arising in the execution of decisions and worked out joint actions between private bailiffs and the Office for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs.
