On April 1, 2025, the Regional Center for Psychological Support and Assistance held the regional scientific and practical conference titled “Modern Trends in Psychological Practice”.

The conference was attended by educational psychologists from preschool organizations, secondary, technical and vocational education organizations of East Kazakhstan region, as well as methodologists-psychologists of the Regional Methodological Center for Psychological Support of Education Department of Abai district.

Inessa A. Chernysheva, Head of Education Administration of the region, welcomed the participants of the conference.

The plenary session featured presentations by:

Sergey Kovalev, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor, Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Psychological Sciences, Head of the Academy of Psychological Technologies, who discussed the Ethical Code of Psychologists as a Tool for Professional Development;

Vladimir S. Pak, a senior manager of the Teaching Excellence Center of Ust-Kamenogorsk city presented “Psychological Services in the Context of Digital Transformation and Modern Educational Trends”;

Gulfiya O. Berekpolova, a senior lecturer of a branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, certified coach, a consultant coach in project management and HR activities, spoke about “Modern Techniques for Overcoming Negative Emotions”;

Tamasha M. Turganbayeva, a methodologist and psychologist of the Regional Methodological Center for Psychological Support of Education Department of Abai region, presented on Digital Diagnostics.

The plenary session resulted in the awarding of educational psychologists of educational organizations and methodologists of education departments of cities and districts of the region, who contributed to the development of psychological services of the region.  

The conference continued in 4 sections: “Modern information products”, “Digital educational resources, prospects for their use”, “Innovative technologies in organizing the work of psychological services (reports)”, “Innovative technologies in organizing the work of psychological services (workshops)”.

According to the results of the conference, the winners were named in each section and awarded diplomas:

Section 1 “Modern information products”:

First Degree Diploma - Tatyana M. Nikiforova, an educational psychologist of Menovnoe Secondary School of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Second Degree Diploma – Elena V. Kryazheva, an educational psychologist of Secondary School No. 14 of Education Department of Ridder town of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region; 

Third Degree Diploma - Maira N. Shaltayeva, an educational psychologist of Regional Specialized IT School-Lyceum of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Section 2 “Digital educational resources, prospects for their use”:

First Degree Diploma – Maria I. Ivanova, an educational psychologist of Ybyrai Altynsarin Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Shemonaikha district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Second Degree Diploma – Ekaterina V. Basakova, an educational psychologist of S. Nurmagambetov Secondary School of Altai town of Education Department of Altai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Third Degree Diploma - Irina V. Grokhotova, an educational psychologist of Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Medical College;

Section 3 “Innovative technologies in organizing the work of psychological services (reports)”:

First Degree Diploma - Shynar Z. Duisenbekova, an educational psychologist of School-Boarding School-College of Education Department of Markakol district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Second Degree Diploma - Elmira K. Amirenova, an educational psychologist of Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Medical College;

Third Degree Diploma - Yulia S. Kalashnikova, an educational psychologist of Skazka Nursery-Kindergarten of Education Department of Altai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Section 4 “Innovative technologies in organizing the work of psychological services (workshops)”:

First Degree Diploma - Saule B. Shombinova, an educational psychologist of Balausa-Balgyn Nursery-Kindergarten of Education Department of Tarbagatai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Second Degree Diploma - Makpal B. Ziyashova, an educational psychologist of Yuri Gagarin Secondary School No. 1 of Education Department of Kurchum district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Third Degree Diploma - Asemgul S. Nurtayeva, an educational psychologist of Kyzyl-Zhuldyz Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Katon-Karagai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
