The Government for Citizens State Corporation applies effective measures to prevent corruption.
The Compliance Control Service has been operating in the State Corporation since 2021. Its activities are primarily focused on complying with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation, identifying and preventing corruption and fraudulent risks, and implementing prevention tools based on international standards.

In 2023-2024, the Service received more than 400 messages through proactive information channels, none of them went unnoticed. In addition, the Service carried out more than 230 comprehensive inspections of counterparties for their trustworthiness and more than 2,000 inspections of employees of the State Corporation for the presence or absence of a conflict of interest, which allowed about 120 potential violations to be prevented in advance.

To prevent risks, including corruption and reputational ones, corporate anti-corruption programs have been implemented, and internal analysis of corruption and fraudulent risks is regularly conducted in order to minimize them. This allows us to prevent the implementation of risks, ensure transparency of business processes, and consistently foster a culture of honesty and trust among employees and customers in the provision of public services.

The current compliance control programs contribute to the formation of an atmosphere of intolerance towards offenses in the Government for Citizens State Corporation, and regular training of employees in anti-corruption ethics and the availability of internal channels for appeals, including anonymous ones, helps maintain high moral standards within the company.
Compliance control has become an important tool for protecting the company's internal environment from corruption and reputational risks, and a guarantee of sustainability and trust in the provision of public services.
