The central library named after Saken Seifullin hosted an information hour called "Onerin Onega etken Nurgisa Tilendiev", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Kazakh composer, conductor Nurgisa Tilendiev.

Duringtheevent, the guestswerepresented with an exhibition of bookscalled"GasyrsazynTerbegen",aswell as a videoabout the creativepath of NurgisaTilendiev.Theevent was attended by teachers of the DombraclassoftheNurgisaTlendievMusicSchool,laureates of Republicancompetitions,holders of the medal of the Republic of Kazakhstan"Yeren yenbegi Ushin"AsemIlmuratovnaSvurbayevaand an experiencedteacherGanisaAkhmetzhanovnaBazarbayeva,toldabout the lifeandwork of the greatcomposerandperformedhisworks—"Makhambet"and"Atatolgauy".

The event was also attended by laureates of International and National competitions Asem Ilmuratovna Svurbayeva and Ganisa Akhmetzhanovna Bazarbayeva, as well as students of secondary school No. 4 and their supervisor.
