Head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev identified the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies as one of the strategic priorities of Kazakhstan. Today, employees of the Department of digitalization took part in a training seminar organized in order to introduce AI technologies into the workflow and use them effectively.

       During the seminar, the possibilities of artificial intelligence, approaches to its use in public administration and directions for optimizing work processes were discussed. The participants learned the skills of effective use of AI and got acquainted with best practices.

       The development of digital technologies and their introduction into the public administration system is one of the most important steps in Kazakhstan on the path of digital transformation. Work in this direction will continue.
