To implement the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 115 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, new functionality has been launched within the Taxpayer’s Office of the Tax administration information system (TAIS), allowing taxpayers to designate the specific tax reporting forms they are required to submit.

Taxpayers (except for individuals) must specify their applicable tax reporting forms using the "Submitted TRF" service.

If the subsequent or initial tax reporting is not submitted within the timeframes established by tax legislation, the tax authorities' information system will automatically generate tax reports with zero indicators following the submission deadline.

In such cases, should taxable objects and (or) objects related to taxation exist, the taxpayer is obligated to submit additional tax reports to supplement the automatically generated reports for that tax period.

The generation of automatic tax reporting will commence starting from the first tax period of 2026.
