The Department of Employment and Social programs of the Bayterek district invites enterprises of the district to participate in the republican competition on social responsibility of business "PARYZ – 2025".

The competition has been held on the initiative of the first President of the country since 2008. The Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2008 No. 523 approved the Rules of the contest on the social responsibility of business "Paryz". Private business entities can participate in the competition. Applicants are allowed who:

1) have been operating for at least three years;

2) are not in the stage of liquidation, are not recognized as bankrupt;

3) have no unresolved violations of labor legislation, including overdue arrears on wages and other payments to employees;

4) do not have collective labor disputes with employees;

5) carry out social and charitable activities on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which should not be aimed at supporting political, trade union and religious organizations;

6) reliable information was indicated in the application for participation in the competition, as well as documents were submitted in full.

The competition is aimed at the formation and enhancement by private business entities of their corporate social responsibility to society in order to further improve the welfare of the population.

For applicants, participation in the competition is free of charge.
To ensure transparency of the selection process of applicants, optimization of the application procedure, the competition is held in two stages: at the regional and republican levels. Applications of applicants for participation are accepted by the local executive body on paper and electronic media.Based on the results of consideration of applications by the regional commission for social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations, they are sent for study by the republican commission, which decides on awarding the titles of the laureates of the competition.

In accordance with the Rules , the awarding of the titles of the laureates of the competition is carried out in the following nominations:

"The best socially responsible enterprise".  

This nomination examines the activities of applicants implementing social programs aimed at supporting their own staff, social adaptation of people with disabilities and improving the well-being of society as a whole (organization of remuneration and social benefits, professional training and retraining systems, employment of the largest number of people with disabilities, and so on).;

"The best enterprise in the field of labor protection".

This nomination examines the activities of applicants who create working conditions that allow to preserve the health of employees in the course of their work;

"The best collective agreement".

This nomination considers collective agreements that significantly improve and strengthen the labor and social rights of employees provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

"For contribution to ecology".

This nomination examines the activities of applicants who have significantly distinguished themselves in the implementation of environmental (ecological) programs aimed at improving the state of the environment.

Grand Prix - the highest award of the competition is awarded to the applicant who has achieved the highest results in the work and implementation of the principles of corporate social and environmental responsibility. The winners of the competition are awarded a corresponding diploma, an emblem and a distinctive sign (statuette). The award ceremony of the winners of the competition is held annually in December in a solemn atmosphere.

To participate in the competition, applicants send materials to local executive bodies in two copies:

1) a completed application;

2) the applicant's report, which is a self-assessment of the level of his activities and specific results on corporate social responsibility.

The applicant's report should include:  

- history of a legal entity or individual;  

- organizational structure;

- other additional information;

3) appendix to the report (a copy of the collective agreement and other documents);

4) a questionnaire filled out in accordance with the form established by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and posted on its Internet resource.

The deadline for accepting documents is August 1 of the current year.
