Today, on April 2, in the city of Zhanaozen, a meeting of the interdepartmental commission for the prevention of offenses was held under the chairmanship of the mayor of Zhanseyt Kaynarbayev. The meeting was attended by heads of law enforcement agencies, educational institutions and representatives of interested government agencies.

The meeting addressed the issue of fraud prevention, including online fraud, in the city. Maksat Saginov, Deputy head of the local police Department of the Zhanaozen City Police Department, noted that the number of crimes committed via the Internet continues to grow. According to him, it is necessary to strengthen informing residents about new methods of fraud, increase legal literacy and strengthen preventive measures.

The issue of juvenile delinquency prevention was also discussed. According to Oserbay Tabynchayev, head of the Zhanaozen City Education Department of the Mangystau region, it is important to form a legal culture among teenagers and conduct explanatory work with parents and students. Educational institutions carry out activities aimed at preventing offenses, while special attention is paid to organizing leisure activities for students.

During the meeting, the commission members stressed the need to strengthen comprehensive crime prevention measures. Akim of the city Zhanseyt Kaynarbayev noted that ensuring public safety and law enforcement are among the main tasks of local executive bodies and law enforcement agencies. He gave relevant instructions to improve the work on crime prevention.
