Bratislava, April 2, 2025 – The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Slovak Republic, Zhanna Saginova, held a meeting with the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, Marián Kéry.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a wide range of issues, including the development of bilateral relations and the current international agenda.

The prospects for further strengthening interparliamentary cooperation were the subject of particular interest, including interaction through friendship groups, specialized committees, and the expansion of fruitful exchanges of legislative experience. Special attention was given to fostering ties between parliamentarians of the two countries within the framework of participation in international parliamentary organizations.

Both parties expressed confidence that the intensification of interparliamentary dialogue would directly contribute to the steady advancement of political, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian cooperation between Kazakhstan and Slovakia, and to the strengthening of friendly ties between the peoples of the two countries.
