As part of the implementation of the ideology of "Law and Order", the Prosecutor's office of Aktobe region analyzed the state of legality of the observance of citizens' rights when using rental housing from the state housing stock.
Violations were revealed that resulted in an unjustified increase in rent by 50% for 145 residential buildings.
In particular, the decree of the akimat of the Wilsky district established a payment in the amount of 141.3 tenge per 1 sq.m.
However, the calculations were carried out without taking into account the approved methodology, since the actual amount should be 70.65 tenge per 1 sq. m.
Based on the act of prosecutor's supervision, the akimat's resolution was canceled, the rent for housing was reduced from 8,733 tenge to 4,367 tenge.
In addition, a recalculation has been made for 70 citizens, currently 3.1 million tenge has been offset against rent for 2025.
The debt of 75 citizens who partially paid the rent has also been reduced from 3.3 million tenge to 2.5 million tenge.
According to the act of prosecutor's supervision, the rights of 145 citizens were restored, the normative legal act was brought into line with the law, and the perpetrators were brought to disciplinary responsibility.
The work to protect the constitutional rights of citizens continues.
