Evgeny Gordienko, an experienced mechanic, shared his choice of profession, work specifics and life path.

Evgeny Gordienko, a resident of the village of Adayevka, has been working for Sodruzhestvo - 98 LLP for almost a quarter of a century. He is appreciated in the team for his hard work and responsibility, considering him one of the exemplary employees.

The man started his career in agriculture in 2002. Before that, he graduated from Bestyubinsk Technical Technical University, where he received an education as a machine operator. In his native village, he got a job at a city-forming enterprise. I learned a lot in a short time, starting to work on old equipment.

- It was a tracked tractor that often had to be repaired. I had to work, so I worked on it without question, investing a lot of effort and time. This is an integral stage of every agricultural worker, where you gain experience and train patience," the mechanic shared his memories.

Over the years, the vehicle fleet of Sodruzhestvo-98 LLP was updated, the experience grew and the skills of Evgeny Nikolaevich improved. He worked on combines of the Vector and Akros brands. John Deer is now proudly managing it.

According to the mechanic, he was always attracted to technology. My father worked for Toku, and he was often with him, watching the processes. But they were still attracted by the steppe expanses and large-sized machinery.
Now Evgeny Gordienko is sure that it is honorable and prestigious to work in agriculture. In addition, 2025 has been declared the year of working professions by the Head of State. The profession of a machine operator is one of those that deserves attention at the highest level.

- Work in agriculture is justified by stability and decent pay. The management of Sodruzhestvo-98 LLP, represented by Valentin Yakovlevich Sviridov and Vladislav Valeryevich Kunigenas, always meets us halfway, they provide us with the necessary assistance. The advanced mechanic emphasized that he could handle any difficulties, because he had a rear – his wife, Sania. By the way, she works as an accountant in the same LLP.

"Agriculture needs good welders, engineers, drivers, turners and locksmiths," an experienced mechanic assured.
