1465 contact center received more than 35 thousand applications since its launch

Since its launch, the 1465 contact center of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan has received more than 35,000 applications. The contact center receives applications on issues of export control and licensing, subsoil use, architecture and urban planning, housing relations, and also provides technical support on the portals nadloc.kz, ggk.kz and minerals e-kazyna. Today, BBO (hereinafter referred to as the unified contact center) receives applications through 5 channels: unified contact number 1465, support@qazindustry.kz (e-mail), Telegram Bot IDos, Telegram chat EPN). The number is available free of charge for landlines and mobile phones
