Since its launch, the 1465 contact center of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan has received more than 35 thousand applications
For convenient and prompt information for applicants, telegram bots work in the contact center. The contact center accepts applications on issues of export control and licensing, subsoil use, architecture and urban planning, housing relations, and also provides technical support on the portals nadloc.kz, ggk.kz and minerals e-kazyna. Today, the BBO (hereinafter referred to as the Unified Contact Center) accepts applications through 5 channels: unified contact number 1465, support@qazindustry.kz (e-mail), Telegram Bot IDos, Telegram chat EPN).
The 1465 contact center works on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:30, without a lunch break. The number is available free of charge for landlines and mobile phones
