Today, the practical elements of conducting emergency rescue and engineering works, organizing evacuation activities, determining places of accommodation for the affected population, and providing medical and psychological assistance were worked out. Volunteers, as well as soldiers of the 5573rd National Guard military unit, were involved in the yard patrol to lay the bags. Special tactical training exercises were held in the city of Atbasar, Akmola region. During these activities, a whole set of actions during a possible flood scenario was worked out immediately. According to the training scenario, due to sudden warming and melting snow water, the level of the Zhabai River rose, threatening to flood 90 residential houses and two educational institutions. After informing the people, the forces of the TJD and the local civil protection structures began to evacuate the local population. High-speed equipment was pulled and people were taken to the evacuation point. Also, the measures for rescuing drowning people and searching for missing citizens were elaborated. One of the victims was swept away by the current and was rescued by the rescue team using floatation equipment. Canine service and "Trekol" high mobility vehicle were mobilized to search for the missing person.

The police crews arrived at the place of emergency, they informed the residents about the upcoming evacuation with the help of a loud speaker.
The rescuers of the emergency department transported citizens to a safe area with high-speed equipment, and the equipment of the transport service was also mobilized for evacuation. Citizens were transported to reception points for the affected population, where medical services were provided. Meals and provision of citizens with goods of first necessity were organized. Psychologists of TJD provided assistance to the affected population. The public order service provided security and protection of the accommodation facilities for the victims. Animals were driven from the flooded area to safer places. Utilities have disconnected power lines, strengthened embankments, and laid embankments. Special equipment pumped water from the reservoir to the Eshkebay reservoir transfer channel. On the second day of the exercise, the loading of the engineering equipment that will be sent to help the victims in other regions of the country will be worked out.
In Karaganda region, as part of the exercise, emergency rescue operations, clearing the riverbed of reeds, grass and bushes, evacuating the population from the flood zone, as well as breaking ice in the Nura River were carried out. 694 employees of the civil defense system, 157 units of equipment, 62 floats, 307 water-suction motor pumps, 47 fire pumping stations and 60 high-flow vehicles were inspected. The exercises are an important experience for developing an effective response to emergency situations during the spring flood period.
During the exercise, measures were developed for the elimination of floods in the spring period in the district named after G.Musyrepov of the North Kazakhstan region. Departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, local executive bodies, police, medical and other civil protection services were involved. In practice, the issues of interaction and preparation of authorized bodies and organizations for responding to emergency situations were worked out: flooding of houses on the outskirts of the village of Novoishimskoe, an accident in which a water heater leaked, a car burned by an electric power plant, destruction of power lines.
During the training exercise, protection of the settlement from the flood waters of the Yesil River, evacuation and accommodation of the population in a tent camp equipped with sleeping places, food and medical services, extinguishing the fire, Actions for the elimination of fire and providing medical assistance to the victims were worked out.
In Pavlodar, the placement of a mobile command post and a combined evacuation point in the village of K.Satbaev was worked out. In addition, activities were carried out to evacuate the population, remove sacks, lay down, pump melted water and drive livestock to safe places.
In general, more than 39 practical activities were carried out within the framework of "Spring-2025" in the region, which included removing snow, strengthening earth mounds (dams), dams, cleaning water pipelines, arranging drainage channels, checking and evacuating evacuation points. routes have been worked out. Since the beginning of winter, 753 thousand cubic meters of snow have been removed from the settlements of the region.
According to the training plan, as a result of a sharp rise in air temperature and precipitation in the form of rain, a serious flood situation has formed in the territory of Semey city of Abai region. During the tactical-special training exercise, preventive measures aimed at improving the interaction of the forces and means of TZD, PD, JAO and other state bodies were carried out and practical measures to eliminate emergency situations were elaborated. In addition, the readiness of the warning and communication systems was checked by activating the siren-speaking devices.
