Today, the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yersayin Nagaspayev, met with Josef Lasselberger, CEO of the Austrian company Lasselsberger Group, specializing in the production of building materials and mineral raw materials.
During the talks, the progress of the project to build a plant for the production of ceramic tiles, building mixtures and adhesives in Astana was discussed. The launch of the enterprise will create more than 120 new jobs and provide the domestic market of Kazakhstan with high-quality products, reducing import dependence.
Minister Yersayin Nagaspayev expressed interest in the development of high-tech industries in Kazakhstan and noted that the state is ready to engage in a dialogue with investors to create favorable conditions for the implementation of such projects.
The parties agreed to continue work on fully finalizing the terms of cooperation and further developing Lasselsberger Group's investment initiatives in Kazakhstan.
