The meeting took place in the regional akimat. “They are ready to invest KZ 3 mln in the project. The Russian-Kazakhstan “RossDorCom KZ” LP has already worked in Pavlodar”, representatives of LLC NGO “Ross” said.

“We produce steel structures for road, industrial and civil construction, as well as for the oil and gas industry.  In Kazakhstan the most of the metal structures are purchased from our company but only through intermediaries. The heads of the department of toll roads of Astana complained that there was no company in Kazakhstan that made high-quality zinc coating. At the same time, the guarantee of our galvanizing is more than 50 years”, Deputy General Director of LLC NGO “Ross” Nadezhda Rostotskaya said.

In June 2018 it is planned to complete the construction of the buildings of the enterprise, in August-September – to receive the first products and in 2019 – the plant will operate at full capacity. More than 120 people will work in the new enterprise. Akim of Pavlodar region promised to give support to investors.

“Today the legislation allows us to do this, but you must have a project. When the project is submitted, we will be able to finance the construction of the necessary infrastructure next year. Moreover, to start the enterprise in the summer, it will be necessary to work in February, March, April next year, when we have unfavourable conditions for the construction. But these issues can be solved, because we have practice of construction at an accelerated pace”, Bulat Bakauov noted.

In the near future the parties will meet again to discuss all details and sign a memorandum of cooperation.
