The mobile Internet application “Zero tolerance” has been run in Pavlodar in May 2017 at the initiative of the regional public prosecutor’s office. The application allows any person to register an offense and send a message to the appropriate supervisory authority.

The state of using the mobile application and readiness to introduce it in the cities and areas of the region was discussed in the meeting in the regional akimat.

The head of the state and legal department of Pavlodar region akim’s office Oleg Kostenko told that on August 7 the public prosecutor’s office, regional akimat and interested organizations had signed a memorandum. The aim – cooperation of the parties in the introduction and use of the mobile application.

“This memorandum defines the procedure of organization of work the parties, their cooperation, rights and duties, functions of responsible people. To introduce the mobile application in the region, it is necessary to choose responsible people, conclude contracts for use and maintenance with the rights holder, provide the project with office equipment and Internet access. The developer and organization that render technical support for the mobile application is “TKRgroup” LP. The Public prosecutor’s office of Pavlodar region will control messages in the mobile application”, he noted.

“Today about 2000 messages have been already received. The majority of them was sent to the city departments of public utilities, housing inspectorate and Department of Internal Affairs”, the head of the 4th department of the regional public prosecutor’s office Rinat Rakhmatulla informed.

“About 90 people were incurred administrative liability for traffic offences.    They paid KZ 2 mln to the regional budget. Today, 25 government agencies and “Pavlodar heating networks” have the mobile application”, Rinat Rakhmatulla added.

According to the developer of the mobile application – head of “TKRgroup” LP Vyacheslav Demchenko, the third stage was completed, namely, news feed.

“The coordinator of the implementation of the mobile application in the region will be the department of the development of public services and information technologies of Pavlodar region akim’s office. I charge to continue work on the introduction of the mobile application “Zero tolerance” covering the regional departments and territorial agencies”, acting akim of Pavlodar region Dyusenbai Turganov said.
