Until today, Yermek Usenbayev was the head of the Energy and Communal Services Department of Almaty. At different times he worked as the first deputy of the governor of Zhambyl region, deputy chairman of board of SEC "Ontustik" and SEC "Almaty".

Before the new head of the united enterprise of water supply and sewerage of the city "Almaty Su" a number of tasks were set for automation of technological processes, optimization of expenses and improvement of the quality of provided services. In addition, it is necessary to continue the modernization of production, as well as to continue the work on replacing engineering networks and equipment to reduce the accident rate on the networks.

In his turn, Kuanysh Beisenbinov, who previously headed "Almaty Su", was appointed as the general director of LLP "Almaty thermal networks". In different years he worked as the head of the Energy and Utilities Department of Astana, the first deputy head of the Energy and Utilities Department of Almaty, and others.

The new head has a number of tasks to improve the efficiency of the enterprise, reduce the regulatory and excess heat losses, as well as the digitization of production processes and the provision of services.
