"Managing Company of the Special Economic Zone "Ontustik" JSC , had an official visit to China with an aim reaching a mutually beneficial partnership with the textile industry representatives of China. Thus from June 1st to June 6th, 2017, in the frame of the mentioned official visit an agreement was reached and a memorandum was signed on the opening of the official representation of the SEZ "Ontustik" in the Xianxing Textile Industrial Park "Xinxing" for further cooperation with the aim of developing the textile industry of Kazakhstan. The Kazakh delegation was represented by the Chairman of the Board of "MC SEZ "Ontustik" JSC - M. Dildabayev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of "MC SEZ "Ontustik" JSC - A.Tursingaliyev, Chairman of the Board of National Company “Socially Entrepreneurial Company "Shymkent" JSC - A.Aldazharov.

Thus in the near future a representative office of SEZ "Ontustik" will start its operation in China. The main aim of this project is to launch a new innovative production facilities, attraction of anchor investors, expansion of the horizon of new opportunities for SEZ "Ontustik" and improving the investment climate between two countries.

It is worth mentioning that the first step in this joint activity will be the implementation of the project on constructing the spinning mill of “Xianyang Textile Corporation” LLC worth more than $ 100 million.

Xianxing Textile Industrial Park "Xinxing" is one of the largest industrial zones in China, employing over 11,000 people, with 10 000 ha territory. In this industrial park there are projects functioning in the field of textile and other industries. The largest textile corporations that produce brands such as Zara, Pierre Cardin, Massimo Dutti, Hugo Boss, Pull & Bear are located on the territory of the park.

Also, one of the park's residents is the flagship of the world automotive industry - KIA Motors Corporation.
