Employees of the Department of the Committee of labor, social protection and migration (hereinafter - CLSPM) at the South Kazakhstan region has helped single mother of Shymkent Dilbar Kuttybai raising 6 children, in an expeditious manner to establish a disability.

A year ago a woman found a malignant tumor. Dilbar Kuttybai had the surgery, but the disease has caused complications. However, local healthcare  authorities had not sent the woman on the form 088-have to consider disability.

After the publications in mass media about the fate of mothers, on behalf of the Minister of labor and social protection of population of Kazakhstan Tamara Duissenova, the Department of CLSPM of SKR was organized a consultative examination (without form 088) Dilbar Kuttybai in the Department of methodology and control of medico-social examination (further - MSE), with the participation of the doctor-oncologist of regional Oncology center.

The results of the examination and analysis of medical documents to doctors, outpatient services, it was recommended in an expedited manner to make the woman the direction to the MSE.

12 of April after the examination in MSE Dilbar Kuttybai it was installed the second group of disability for a period of 1 year.

In addition, the Committee of labor, social protection and migration of the MLSP RK in akimat of South Kazakhstan region sent a letter with a request to assist in providing Dilbar Kuttybai additional social support.

From the date of the examination, the woman assigned to the disability allowance, the payment of which will be implemented from May this year. Therefore, taking into account it has already received benefits for loss of breadwinner for five children and a special state allowance, the total amount of payments received will be 98 173 KZT.
