The portal "Open Almaty" can also be accessed not only with algorithms for solutions of different life situations, but also with plans for the work of city services (repair of roads, irrigation ditches, heating networks, yards, etc.), contacts of municipal enterprises of the city.
Representatives of all district’s executive committee, housing departments, employment and social protection, passenger transport, natural resources and architecture, the city prosecutor's office, the police, the State Revenue Department, the Emergency Department, the Central Emergency Preparedness Center, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, the mediators will provide the front office of the public reception service. The management of the departments will conduct receptions of citizens, presentations of city initiatives, etc.

It is worth noting that in 2015, for the convenience of citizens, the executive committee of Almaty opened its account in Instagram where it is possible to fix the problem in 3 clicks and send it to the executive committee. For 2 years, the permanent audience in Instagram was 150 thousand subscribers, about 20 thousand appeals of citizens were executed.
The schedule of work of the new city service is made taking into account the working hours of citizens and will provide services from 8.00 to 20.00 on weekdays and from 10.00 to 17.00 on Saturday.
