As part of the execution of the Head of State’s instruction given at a meeting of the Security Council in Akorda on November 7 of this year, regarding the establishment of order in the antimonopoly department, the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Timur Suleimenov considered the issue of bringing to justice the officials of the Natural Monopolies Regulation Committee competition and consumer rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial divisions for violations identified by Gener General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of tariffs for utilities.

Thus, a penalty was applied in the form of a reprimand against the following officials of the territorial divisions of the Committee:

• Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee on Pavlodar region;
• • Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee for the city of Shymkent;
• • Head of the Department of the Committee on the Zhambyl region;
• • Head of the Department of the Committee for the North Kazakhstan region;
• • Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee for Akmola region;
• • Head of the Department of the Aktobe Oblast Committee;
• • Head of the Department of the Astana Committee;
• • Head of the Department of the Committee on the Karaganda region;
• • Deputy Head of the Department of the Kyzylorda Oblast Committee;
• • Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee on Almaty region;

При этом, освобожден от занимаемой должности Руководитель Департамента Комитета по Мангистауской области.

Вместе с тем, вице-министру национальной экономики Республики Казахстан Серику Жумангарину, курирующему вопросы антимонопольного ведомства и председателю Комитета Азамату Майтиеву объявлен выговор.
