On May 3, 2018, the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology in Almaty held a seminar-meeting on "Public Service in the State Control System".

The seminar was attended by the staff of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption in Almaty city and the Department of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (Anti-Corruption Service) in Almaty.

During the meeting, the Department staff was informed about changes and innovations in the system of civil service, as well as information in the framework of anti-corruption legislation. In addition, the Anti-Corruption Service in Almaty showed a video showing materials aimed at the prevention of corruption in the Republic of Kazakhstan as a whole, explaining the criminal responsibility for committing a corruption offense.

As a result of the seminar, the Department's staff received information on innovations in the civil service system and answers to existing questions.
