It should be noted that the State Committee for Development and Reform Affairs of the PRC has the competence of macroeconomic regulation, determination of medium and long-term development strategies, price policy (including checks on price monopolies agreements), assistance in the development of regions, improvement of the sectoral structure of the PRC economy, the main focus of Chinese investors. It is a committee of the State Council of the People's Republic of China that issues permits for the implementation of foreign investment projects and important investment projects of the People's Republic of China, which includes the implementation of the sustainable development strategy of the economy.

Within the framework of the issue of Kazakhstan-China cooperation in the field of industrialization and investments, the implementation of 51 joint large-scale projects with a total amount of more than 26.2 billion dollars is being considered. These are projects in the fields of chemical industry, mining and metallurgy, machine building, infrastructure, energy, agro-industrial complex, light industry, oil refining, production of building materials and information technologies.

In addition, within the framework of a two-day visit to Beijing, Arystan Kenzhetayuly visited China Power International Holding, China Telecom, Shanghai Electric Corp., YTO Group, COSCO Shipping Lines, NFC, NORINCO International and others.
