Center for workforce development conducted a series of training workshops on the theme "Reforming employment centers".

More than 260 specialists of employment centers of districts and cities and Departments of coordination of employment and social programs of areas participated in the training.

During the seminars the representatives of JSC "Center for development of human resources" presented to the business processes and working methods in a new information system "labor Market" and a Single electronic labor exchange.

In the new model of activities of employment centers will be implemented in a proactive format to work with employers, reinforced by the targeting of work with applicants through the introduction of a profiling tool and development of individual plans of employment for them.

Employment centers will become active participants in Electronic labor exchange, which will bring together data about vacancies and summaries from the state employment centers, private agencies, media and private Internet sites.

In the framework of learning was shown the instruments of placing employers on an online job exchange of information on vacancies, candidates CVD, as well as workers centers employment opportunities labor exchanges for employment of the unemployed.

Recall that in 2018 with the aim of improving the quality of service provision envisaged the transformation of work 199 employment centers throughout the country

This means that the employment centers will move to a proactive and paperless format works with job seekers and employers. All procedures in the work of the centres will be automated, and the contacts with jobseekers and employers will be built on the principles of "one window", targeting, and focusing on results
