April 19, 2018-the REFERENCE CENTER. Today, under the chairmanship of Dugalov Galymzhan, the annual hearing of the management of RSE "KazInMetr" on the results of the Institute for 2017 and the 1st quarter of 2018 was held.

The meeting presented the activities of the Institute and reviewed the results of participation in international comparisons with national standards of foreign Metrology institutes, cooperation within the Eurasian economic Union (EAEU), production Of state reference standards, inter-laboratory comparisons, etc.

Director General of RSE "KazInMetr" Tokanov T. D. noted the achievements of the Institute that the results of participation in comparisons of standards in the database of The international Bureau of weights and measures published 65 calibration and measurement capabilities (SMS lines).

This is a confirmation of the recognition of measurements carried out in the country at the international level and creates conditions for confidence in the activities of testing and measuring laboratories, conformity assessment bodies, the expansion of the practice of partnership in scientific research.

The issues of modernization and maintenance of state standards, which are necessary both for the state and for business, were also discussed.

Within the framework of international cooperation, uniform requirements for the products to be supplied on the territory of the EAEU are developed in order to recognize the results of work in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements.

Thus, to date, 10 legal acts of the Eurasian economic Commission have been put into effect, establishing requirements for testing of measuring instruments, standard samples, verification, measurement methods, inter-laboratory comparisons, units of quantities, metrological examination, etc.

In addition, the issues of transition to automation of metrological services were considered, within the framework of which the development of information systems that will allow sending applications and receiving results in electronic format through the personal Cabinet is planned.

In order to carry out digitalization, the Institute introduced electronic document management, launched a specialized online store for the implementation of normative documents in the field of Metrology.

It should be noted that this year the Institute conducts research in the development of GSO gold-silver alloy.

As part of the work with educational institutions, a three-stage cooperation with KazATU universities is carried out. S. Seifullin and Eurasian national University im. L. gumilyova, classes in Metrology are held on the basis of the Reference center.

Following the meeting, the Chairman of the Committee noted the organization of work related to the amendments to the law "on ensuring the unity of measurements", the General achievements of the Institute and gave a number of instructions and recommendations to improve the work in the field of Metrology, research and development of the reference base of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
