On March 29, 2017, the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the RK MIR on Almaty oblast jointly with the Youth Public Association "Zhetyar Zhastary ұyymynyң Kongresi" with the participation of the representative of the AF AF of JSC "NACECC" in the village of Bayserke of the Ili district held a seminar on the topic "Memlekettik rәmizder - Tәuelsizdik Nyshany.

The deputy akim of the village Bayserke, representatives of state bodies, educational institutions and organizations of pre-school education of the village took part in the seminar.

In the course of the seminar, the specialists of the VKPRM in the Almaty region explained to the participants about all the changes made to the standards, acquainted with the rules for the placement of state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their images, as well as the rules for the replacement and destruction of the State Flag and the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Representative of IL AF of JSC "NACECC" explained in detail the procedure for examining state symbols for compliance with national standards.

Specialists of the DKRMM WORLD RK in Almaty oblast spoke in detail about the main changes in the requirements for the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, introduced in ST RK 989-2014, such as the introduction of size and color tolerances, the introduction of deviations from the color of the Coat of Arms according to the coordinates of the color model Lab, the revision of the design drawings by the author The State Emblem, the introduction of the warranty period for the exploitation of the Emblem, the establishment of a transitional period to replace all the Republic's Coats of Arms with new ones.

Considering that the State symbols are one of the unshakable foundations of the state, this event helped to clearly explain to the participants the requirements for the production and application of the State symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan on purpose.

As a result of the seminar, the participants asked a number of questions, which were answered within the framework of the event.
