The meeting was attended by representatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs,associations of business entities,Republican Notary Chamber,Republican Bar Association, the Union of Lawyers,National Center for Human Rights,Association of Taxpayers of Kazakhstan and other non-governmental organizations.

The participants of the event made proposals for the further improvement of the draft Administrative Procedural Code, which is currently being developed by the Ministry of Justice together with the Supreme Court.

This draft law is aimed at regulating public-law relations, in the sphere of public administration, arising between the administrative organization and the citizen.
