For consideration to the Senate of the Parliament a proposal of the Head of State on the dismissal of Abdikanov Nurgaza Abenovich from the post of a judge of the Supreme Court in connection with his retirement has been submitted.

The Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Dmitriy Malakhov, speaking at a meeting of the Senate of the Parliament, noted that Nurgazy Abdikanov enjoys a well-deserved reputation in the judicial community. He has extensive judicial experience (over 27 years).

Due to reaching retirement age, he appealed to the Supreme Judicial Council for his dismissal from a post in the form of resignation. Members of the Senate of the Parliament, on the proposal of the Head of the State, dismissed Judge of the Supreme Court Nurgaza Abdikanov from his post in connection with his honorable retirement.
