🔰 Dear taxpayers!

💠The State Revenue Committee of the MF RK informs you that from 00:00 hours on April 12, 2025 to 23:00 hours on April 13, 2025 technical works are planned in the information system “Electronic Invoices”. The ESF IS will not be available during this time period.

💠 At the same time, subparagraph 2) of paragraph 2 of Article 412 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and paragraphs 64, 65 of the Rules of registration of SNT (Order of December 26, 2019 № 1424) provides that, if necessary, taxpayers have the right to issue paper SNT, ESF and enter into the IS “ESF”:

-invoice issued on paper within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from April 14, 2025;

-supplying invoice for goods, issued on paper within 3 (three) working days from April 14, 2025.

At the same time, no penalties will be applied.
