Today, an off-site meeting was held with the participation of developers, during which the pace of construction of multi-storey residential buildings in the Bereke microdistrict was checked.

Currently, 22 multi—storey buildings are under construction in the city: 12 in the Bereke microdistrict and 10 in the Konai microdistrict. All these houses are planned to be put into operation by the end of this year. At the same time, the complete completion of the Bereke microdistrict, including all infrastructure facilities, is scheduled for 2027.

Contractors are instructed to strictly adhere to approved schedules, ensure proper quality of construction work and strictly fulfill contractual obligations. It is also instructed to install equipment for washing wheels of special equipment on construction sites. As part of the sanitary cleaning, it is necessary to restore order at all construction sites and complete the cleaning and removal of construction debris by April 23.
