- General provisions.
The provision of public services is one of the factors of reducing corruption by obtaining services through the electronic services portal.
In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 17, 2025 No. 16/NK "On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39/NK "On Approval of the Register of Public Services" by the Office of the Akim of Ulken Naryn rural district" provides 5 types of public services:
- "Issuing a decision to change the purpose of the land plot"
- "Provision of a land plot from the lands of a settlement, village"
- "Acquisition of rights to state-owned land plots that do not require bidding (tenders, auctions)"
- "Sale of a land plot to private ownership at a time or in installments"
- "Application for a land plot"
By the end of 2024, the number of public services provided amounted to 35 (to individuals-32, to legal entities – 3), including 2 in paper form without alternative.
Of the 35 alternative public services provided:
– in paper form – 2 (5.7%);
– through the Government for Citizens Group of Companies - 26 (74.3%);
– rendered electronically through the GBD "E-licensing" web portal - 7 (20%):
During the specified period, there were no complaints about the quality of public services.
As of 01.01.2025, no violation of the deadlines for the provision of public services has been identified.
- Work with service recipients.
Corners and centers provide more than 180 types of public services, 60 types of payments and services available on the E-government portal. As of today, 47,680 services have been provided.
Work is underway to raise the level of awareness of service recipients about the procedure for obtaining public services: seminars, round tables, briefings, conferences, fairs and other events to raise awareness of service recipients.
The official Internet resource of the akimat of the district contains relevant regulatory legal acts, passports of public services, information on the procedure for their provision and appeal, reports on the work of local executive bodies for the provision of public services.
