The Head of State Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev in his campaign “Well-being for all! Continuity. Justice. Progress” announced the need to form a Presidential personnel reserve in the country. For the first time, young Kazakhstanis who have achieved significant results in innovative technologies, engineering, entrepreneurship, medicine, the economy, culture and many other areas have the opportunity to be admitted to the reserve and be appointed to high government and managerial positions in the country.
