The Kazakh Ministry of Internal Affairs met with the delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic where the guests got acquainted with various aspects of the modernization of the internal affairs bodies and discussed topical issues of cooperation.

During the meeting, the head of the Information and Analytical Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Roza Roza Zakargayeva and the deputy head of the Department for the organization of the disclosure of property crimes of the Criminal Police Department Abdukadyr Nazarov spoke about countering transnational crimes and Kazakhstan's features of fighting against telephone and motor vehicle theft.
- We are currently working closely with the Ministry of Agriculture to combat slaughter. Now the identification of the entire livestock is being conducted. In the border areas of the two countries, the facts of cattle theft or border crossing are often recorded by the animal itself. Having "personal data" of livestock, we can speed up the establishment of its location, "A. Nazarov emphasized.
The Kyrgyz side, represented by Almazbek Boobekov, head of the Information Technology Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and Ulan Baktygulov, the head of the department of the same unit, was interested in Kazakhstan's experience in using automated ATS systems, technical integration with databases, the possibility of exchanging data with other law enforcement agencies and their interaction implementation of the "Safe City" project, automation stages, as well as criteria for assessing the activities of law enforcement agencies s of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the visit, the guests got acquainted with the work of the Operations Management Center, the Molecular Genetic Laboratory of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the specialized and migration CSCs.
