We inform you that in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of labor and social protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 459 dated August 26, 2019 "on amendments and additions to the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated may 5, 2015 No. 320 "on approval of the Rules for the appointment and payment of state targeted social assistance", the terms of payment of targeted social assistance have been changed.
In accordance with the Rules, payment of targeted social assistance to the recipient is made on the basis of a decision of the authorized body in monetary form at the expense of local budgets.
On the basis of decisions on the assignment of targeted social assistance, the authorized body ensures that the assigned amounts are included in the payroll within one working day, which is submitted monthly to the Treasury bodies for payment by the 5th day of the month following the month of decision-making.
Amounts formed after the formation of the payroll for the month of payment are subject to inclusion in the following month in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In this regard, from September 2019, the payment of targeted social assistance will be made monthly by the 10th day of the month following the month when the decision on the appointment of targeted social assistance is made.
