Oct 22, 2019 under the chairmanship of the Commissioner for the ethics of the apparatus of akim of Kostanay region Shundikov K. W held a seminar on the subject "the Main aspects of building a culture of integrity", which was attended by government officials of local Executive bodies of the city of Kostanay. On the agenda were explained the norms of the code of Ethics of public servants of Kazakhstan, discussed the priorities of the Subprogramme "Sherlen Zen Basta".

It was recommended on an ongoing basis with government officials in various forms of preventive and explanatory work; to familiarise the public servants of the city of Kostanay with the requirements of the Ethical code, the law on public service, anti-corruption strategy of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025 G. G.; to ensure control over investment in places accessible to the public, at the entrance to the state institution information about authorized ethics.

Heads of government agencies mandated to study in groups Subroutine "Sherlen Zen Basta"; to intensify the activities of the agents of change; to organize the work of "feedback" and principle of "Open space"; provide rational and efficient use of working time, compliance with labor regulations, to take steps to maximize automation of the workflow; to organize the implementation of the principles of transparency and openness, lighting their own activities in the media, Internet resources and social networks.
