Between November 5 and 6, 2019, border guards in different parts of our country stopped attempts to smuggle 7 small consignments of various drugs.

   So, at the checkpoints “Sypaty Batyr” on the site of the Merken OKPP, “Zhibek Zholy” on the site of the Saryagash detachment, “Alimbet” on the site of the Aktobe detachment, “Bidaik” and “Mamlyutka” on the site of the Peter and Paul Detachment, and also “Korday” on the site The Kordai detachment detained 7 citizens of various nationalities, during the inspection of which, using service dogs, they found small bags of marijuana, hashish and synthetic narcotic salts. All citizens are handed over to internal affairs officers.

   At the same time, at the checkpoints "Karakoga" and "ICBC" Khorgos "on the site of the Petropavlovsk and Khorgos detachments, two citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan were detained when leaving the country, while inspecting in their vehicles more than 100 munitions for a small-caliber rifle and hunting weapons were found. The detainees were transferred to the district police departments.

   Also, during this period, Khorgos border guards prevented an attempt to export an undeclared amount of US $ 11 544 from the country to the ICBC. The detained owner of the currency, a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan born in 1995, was handed over to the employees of the Altynkol customs post.
