11 November under the chairmanship of the head of Balkhash town branch of party "Nur Otan" oraz Daurbekova held a joint enlarged meeting of political Bureau of the branch and factions. The meeting was attended by the Secretary of the city maslikhat K. Teilyanov, members of the city's party control Commission, the Public Council for anti-corruption, heads of state bodies, municipal institutions, and media representatives.

The meeting began with a discussion of the results of the implementation of the Balkhash city development Program for 2016-2020. The head of the Department of Economics and Finance Z. Shlykova made a report on the issue.

According to her, according to the results of 9 months of this year, out of 158 target indicators of the Program, 133 were achieved. At the end of 2018, the performance indicator of the mayor's office of Balkhash for achieving strategic goals and objectives was 84 points, which corresponds to the average level of efficiency. For 2019, this assessment will be made in may 2020. Currently, work is being completed to adjust the development Program. As part of this work, a significant reduction in target indicators will be made, while more than 70% of them will be directly related to the competence of local Executive bodies, which significantly increases the resource provision and responsibility for achieving results. The deadline for completing this work is set until December 1.

Then the head of the Deputy faction A. Kulembayeva told about the implementation of the election program of the Nur Otan party in the city maslikhat. Separately, the acting head of the Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways A. Karamurzin informed about the implementation of the party's election program in the sphere of housing and communal services.

In order to activate the party's work on explaining state, government programs, as well as social programs at the city level, proposals were made to create working groups for meetings with the population in electoral districts, including remote localities, and to approve the schedule of admission to the public reception of the party in 2020. First Deputy Chairman of the Balkhash city branch of the Nur Otan party Bibigul Sekerbekova gave information on this issue.

Mayor of the city oraz Taurbekov noted that the modernization of party work will allow to be closer to the population, as well as ensure the timely consideration of appeals from individuals and legal entities.

During the meeting, the Bureau members and invited participants discussed the reports of the speakers, proposed changes and additions to the draft decisions.

The proposals, additions and initiatives were supported unanimously.
