SHYMKENT: 35 FAMILIES MOVED TO A NEW SETTLEMENT IN KOKSAI CHAGYN DISTRICT

🔷 On the instructions of the city mayor, the implementation of the concept of modernization of Koksai small district started last year. Since its launch, 22 families have been given the opportunity to improve their housing conditions.

🔷 One of the main stages of the concept is to move residents from dilapidated houses to new, well-decorated ones with the same number of rooms.

🔷 Today, on the eve of Nauryz holiday, the mayor of the city Gabit Syzdykbekov solemnly handed over the keys to new apartments to 35 more families living in 4, 9, 14 Nurlybaev Street. He congratulated the residents on the happy event and noted that moving to a modern, comfortable housing is an important step towards improving the quality of life of citizens.

🔷 The concept aimed at turning this historical part of the city into a modern and landscaped small area will not only increase the quality of life of local residents, but also improve the appearance of the metropolis.
In the near future, it is planned to relocate another 159 families living in this area. It is planned to build parks and squares, district administration building, sports complex in stages. It is also planned to expand the existing school and create a multifunctional trade-logistics center.
