Expanded hardware council of the ministry was held under the chairmanship of Yerbol Myrzabosynov, Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Representatives of ministries, heads of regional sports departments, heads of departmental organizations and some regional akims' deputies took part in the council. Tourism issues, including the plan to open play areas for foreign citizens, were discussed at the council. Opening of game zones exclusively for foreign tourists will improve the tourism infrastructure of the region, increase the flow of new tourists and create additional jobs.

During the meeting, the implementation of the tasks given by the Head of State at the IV National Congress was elaborated. In particular, the issue of repairing football stadiums and developing this sport was raised. Football is a sport of great mass and social importance. By involving children and youth in football, problems related to gambling and drug addiction can be prevented.

Also, it was said that the influence of destructive religious currents is increasing among young people. This trend is also observed in the field of sports. Therefore, it is necessary to take appropriate measures to prevent the spread of negative currents and ideologies. It is especially important to ensure stability in the field of sports and prevent the spread of any radical ideas.
