The First Vice-Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akmedy Sarbasov during his working visit to the Zhambyl region met with the labor collectives of enterprises in the region and regressors. In addition, he visited the regional children's center for providing special social services and familiarized himself with its activities.

The vice-minister began his visit with a visit to industrial enterprises in Taraz. In particular, he got acquainted with the activities of the Zhambyl metal structures plant of "Imstalkon" LLP and held a meeting with the labor team. During the meeting, they discussed the ongoing work and the regulation of labor relations within the framework of the implementation of the safe labor concept in the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030. In addition, the issues of working without an employment contract, concealing income, and salary arrears were raised. The vice-minister noted the negative consequences of these social risks for workers. In order to prevent these problems, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan is implementing a number of digital solutions. In particular, the HR Enbek information system provides measures for employers to declare the staff table of enterprises, to transfer labor and collective agreements to electronic format, as well as to expand the functionality of the labor risk map for predicting and preventing labor conflicts.
