An additional service has been introduced in Kazakhstan's public service centers

In 2025, the service "Personal manager of public service centers" has been launched in all specialized public service centers of the country. This service allows receiving service recipients on a priority basis, which significantly shortens the waiting time.

To use the personal manager service, you need to apply to the reception desk of the MHSC. He receives citizens on an extraordinary basis, prepares documents for services such as registration, registration and de-registration of vehicles, issuance of state registration number plate.

After the type of service is selected, a private manager fills out the necessary documents, develops a contract and sends them to the authorized state body in general order.
