Owners of objects are obliged to ensure sanitary cleaning and collection of the adjacent territory on the basis of the contract or with the help of communal economic organizations.

The adjacent territory is the territory directly adjacent to the boundaries of the building, construction, fence, construction site, trade, advertising object and other objects owned, owned, leased or owned by legal and private entities, with a perimeter of 5 meters

Akimat of the city of Shemonaikha warns that in case of non-fulfilment of the mentioned requirements, administrative measures will be applied to the guilty persons in accordance with Article 505 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in particular, a fine of 20 MCI for individuals and 30 MCI for small business entities.
