The Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan concluded an anti-monopoly compliance act with "Magnum Cash & Carry" LLP aimed at creating open and fair conditions for participants in the food market. The proposed measures within the framework of compliance allow to reduce the burden on suppliers and increase honest competition in food retail trade.

One of the important steps is to reduce the commercial services of the trade network provided to food suppliers from 34 to 9 positions. This decision greatly simplifies interaction with suppliers and will affect the reduction of prices in retail trade in the future.

In addition, "Magnum Cash & Carry" LLP has undertaken to ensure equal conditions for all suppliers. Special attention is paid to chicken egg producers. The company plans to completely stop charging for services from all categories of egg suppliers. This step is especially important in the case of price volatility. According to the assessment of the Association of Egg Producers of Kazakhstan, the removal of rewards from suppliers will reduce the cost of eggs and reduce retail prices by an average of 10-12%.

Within antimonopoly compliance, "Magnum Cash & Carry" LLP undertakes to develop a model delivery contract for food products of social importance. This contract also provides for the possibility of charging a penalty to the company for non-timely payment of payments under the terms of delivery to the suppliers.
