The competition is held annually at the regional and national levels under the following nominations:

1) "Best socially responsible enterprise".

In this nomination, social programs (payment of wages and social benefits, organization of a system of professional training and retraining of personnel, organization of a system of professional training and retraining of personnel, the maximum number of persons with disabilities) aimed at supporting its personnel, social adaptation of disabled people and improving the welfare of society as a whole 2) "The best enterprise in the field of labor protection".

4) "For contribution to ecology".

In this nomination, the performance of candidates who stand out in the implementation of nature protection (ecological) programs aimed at improving the environment will be reviewed.

The special award "Best social project of the year" will be approved at the competition. social projects contributing to the improvement of their conditions are considered.

The Grand Prix - the highest award of the competition is awarded to the candidate who has achieved the highest results in work and in implementing the principles of corporate social and environmental responsibility.

Participation in the regional and national stages of the competition is free of charge.

The Grand Prix is ​​awarded in the categories of "Large business entity" and "Small and medium business entity".

Candidates receive two copies of Social Business materials. formalizes in accordance with the rules of the "Paryz" contest on responsibility and submits to the local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital in paper and electronic formats:

1) an application filled out in accordance with the appendix to these rules;

       2) a report expressing the self-assessment of the level of the candidate's activity and concrete results in terms of corporate social responsibility;

          The candidate's report:

        history of the person or individual;

          organizational structure; other additional information;

          3) annex to the report (a copy of the collective agreement and other documents);

           4) there should be a completed questionnaire in the form prescribed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan and posted on its Internet resource.

Participation in the competition:

1) has been operating for at least three years;

2) is not at the stage of liquidation, bankrupt unrecognized;

3) unsolved violations of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including no overdue arrears of wages and other payments to employees;

4) no collective labor disputes with employees;

5) who carry out social and charitable activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan that should not be aimed at supporting political, trade union and religious organizations;

6) applicants who have provided consistent information in their application for participation in the competition, as well as submitted documents in full

Terms of holding the competition:

1) January - announcement of the start of the competition;

          2) every year until July 1 - acceptance of applications by local executive bodies;

          3) every year until August 25 - preliminary conclusions of regional commissions for regulating social partnership and social and labor relations of local executive bodies, cities and capital commissions of republican significance, to participate in the competition submission of applicants' applications in one copy to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

          4) December - drawing conclusions, awarding the winners.
